It can be really fun to try growing herbs in your garden and we recommend you sow some mint, oregano, rosemary, thyme and sage in your garden this spring. These can be grown indoors but the month of may is perfect for outdoor growing, and you just need to pop them in some containers and keep a good eye on them. We always recommend you delay buying herb plants from garden centres until the weather warms up in late spring, so May is a really good month to keep in mind. By being able to grow these herbs in your garden or home you can really take some satisfaction from it and it can be really fun to watch them develop. It’s of course then very rewarding when you don’t need to pop to the shops because the freshest ingredients are already there waiting to be used and they were grown all thanks to you!
